Asteria Advisory was set up to provide a tailor-made portfolio of services to end clients as well as to firms wishing to avail themselves of our extensive service provider network and knowledge base.
We aim to act as a service hub for our clients – whether by providing our own expertise or procuring specialised services from our counterparts.
Hailing from Ancient Greece, Asteria is a girl’s name meaning “star” or “starry one” and is also the name of the Titan goddess of falling stars and nighttime. Asteria is the constellation of Virgo.
Who We Are
The beginnings of Asteria Advisory are in late 2024. The founder is Dr Geraldine Spiteri, a Maltese lawyer who has various commercial, maritime and aviation law involvements. She provides all legal advice on behalf of the firm.
