– Upon instruction or with client consent, the client’s financial service providers, such as the client’s accountant, investment advisor, insurance agent, or the financial institution that our client has designated as trustee of a living trust;

– Any person who represents our client jointly with us, in which case we will request authorisation to share information with that service provider;
– Any person whom we represent jointly with our client, such as business partners in a new venture deal or joint venture.  In this case, information will need to be shared with both parties so as to ensure that the correct balance is sought in providing legal advice;
